Prepared SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages from Get Prepaired, Corp. d/b/a Prepared ("Prepared") about your orders. Program name: Prepared Order and Delivery Updates.

1. When you opt-in to Prepared, you agree to receive delivery notification text messages related to your Prepared orders, including order confirmations, delivery status updates, driver arrival notices, and messages between you and your delivery driver or our support team.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@eatprepared.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a varying number of messages; message frequency varies with your orders, usually a few messages per delivery. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. How you opt in. You opt in by giving us your mobile phone number when you place an order on eatprepared.com, for example at checkout, so we can send you updates about that delivery. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
7. Privacy. We handle your mobile number and messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
