These protein meals are delicious! Not only are they healthy and high protein, they truly are tasty and keep you full afterward. Hard to pick a favorite because every single dish I’ve tried is 10/10! Highly recommend for lunch meal prep it makes it easy to grab and go on a busy work day.

Chef Johnny’s meals packet powerful punch! They are satisfying, tasty and filling. Portion sizes are just right for dinner without overdoing it. The variety of meals is very nice. We are very happy with these meals, which save us time and allow us to utilize our extra time for either work or projects we love.
